Erin Ernst, LMSW, PMH-C

Erin is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan where she focused on Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health. Erin began her career as a children’s outpatient therapist in Community Mental Health in Detroit, MI, where she specialized in working with youth ages 5 to 18 with severe emotional disturbance, and their families, and was certified as a Children’s Mental Health Professional. Erin then transitioned to both group and private practices in the Ann Arbor, MI area. In that setting she has continued working with children, adolescents, and young adults as well as expanded her experience in working with parents to practicing with individual adult clients.

Erin has significant experience working with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, disorders of childhood, trauma, and ADHD-related concerns for both children and adults. Erin is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional as well as a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. In her practice, Erin works with clients to address symptoms and concerns directly while also intentionally working with them to identify their skills, strengths and interests. She particularly enjoys working with clients through life transitions such as changes in family or marital status (for both adults and youth!), schools, careers and locations. As a clinician, Erin prioritizes helping all clients to live more confident, happy, and meaningful lives.

Jenna Newhouse, LMSW

She/Her/Hers

Jenna is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan where she focused on Interpersonal Practice with Children and Youth. She also earned a certificate in Child Welfare. After completing her degree, Jenna worked in Community Mental Health in Wayne County and held positions as both a home-based and school-based clinician. During her time in CMH, Jenna gained specialized experience with youth ages 5 to 18 with severe emotional disturbances, and their families. Jenna then transitioned to a private group practice in the Ann Arbor Area where she expanded her practice to include individual adult clients as well as children, teens and families.

Jenna has earned national certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She has also received intensive training in Parent Management Training- Oregon Model (PMTO). She has experience treating disorders of childhood, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders and trauma. She believes that therapy should be driven by the individual and works to empower clients to create the change they want to see in their lives through creating concrete goals and building upon strengths.

Kate Jagoda, LMSW

She/Her/Hers

Kate is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Michigan. Kate has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including community mental health, college counseling center, and hospital in both outpatient and partial hospitalization capacities. This work has provided Kate with opportunities to serve clients and families both individually and in groups. 

Kate has significant training and experience treating eating disorders as well as depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, and adjustment-related concerns. Kate is certified in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for Adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa (also known as the Maudsley Method). Kate combines a non-judgmental stance with warmth, compassion, and humor in partnering with her clients as they identify and work toward their goals. Kate firmly believes that it is possible to achieve peace in one's mind and body, and strives to inspire this hope in her clients while supporting them in their progress toward attaining it.

Jenny Ganshorn, LMSW

She/Her/Hers

Jenny is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan where she specialized in Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health. Jenny began her career providing home-based therapy in Wayne County to children and families in a Community Mental Health setting. After 5 years in Wayne County, she transferred to a private practice in Livingston County, working with adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience working with anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma, parenting needs, and coping with life’s big and small hardships.

Jenny believes that therapy requires the courage to be vulnerable and the curiosity to explore your emotions. She works to empower clients to achieve positive change through finding strengths and exploring personal goals. She is passionate about helping her clients overcome life’s challenges in a process tailored to their needs. Through empathetic listening, she strives to make her clients feel accepted and supported on their path to change.

Emmarie Wagner, LMSW

She/Her/Hers

Emmarie Wagner is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Michigan State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, where she focused on Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health. Emmarie has worked at both the Jackson and Washtenaw county community mental health agencies, as well as with Central Michigan 2-1-1, serving 9 counties in Michigan. Her mental health experience extends to outpatient therapy services for adults in both individual and group settings, utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions. Emmarie has worked with a range of disorders including anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depressive disorders. In addition, much of her work involved assisting clients with developing coping mechanisms and managing life transitions and everyday challenges.

Emmarie is passionate about mental health and recognizes the strength and commitment it takes to assess and manage ones’ emotions and behavior. She is dedicated to empowering her clients in making the meaningful changes necessary to move towards their goals and improved quality of life. She believes in a person-centered, solution-focused, and collaborative therapeutic approach in which she and her clients will work together to explore, identify, and achieve client goals. In her practice, Emmarie values creating an empathetic, understanding, and supportive environment in which her clients feel safe, encouraged, and optimistic in achieving desired outcomes.

Kristen Baryo, LMSW

She/Her/Hers

Kristen is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan where she focused on Interpersonal Practice with Children and Youth while earning her School Social Work certification. After completing her degree, Kristen worked in foster care and adoption case management in Southeast Michigan. During her time in foster care and adoption, Kristen gained specialized experience with children and families facing adversity and overcoming traumatic life experiences. Kristen then transitioned in to school social work, gaining clinical and systemic experience working with elementary aged children; coaching and advocating on their behalf in order to experience social and academic success. After being in the school system for three years, Kristen began her journey providing psychotherapy through private practice to children and families in addition to school social work. Kristen continues to work in both the school and private practice environment, and enjoys bridging the gap between the two when working with families.

Kristen has received intensive training in working with children impacted by developmental delays, autism, and severe behavioral difficulties. Kristen has experience treating a variety of childhood disorders, ADHD, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, depressive disorders, OCD, trauma, and grief. She believes that therapy can be the avenue to help children feel valued, heard, and to experience worth and belonging.

Elizabeth Nesbitt, LMSW

Elizabeth is a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan with her Master’s degree in Social Work. Elizabeth has worked in a partial hospitalization program doing group therapy as well as in a private practice providing individual therapy. Elizabeth has experience working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, life transitions, and trauma. Elizabeth provides Queer and Trans affirming care. 

Empathy and compassion are foundational in Elizabeth’s practice. Elizabeth focuses on creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She believes that clients should be able to bring their whole selves into their sessions without fearing judgement or a lack of compassion.

Marguerite “Maggie” Beckler, LMFT, PCIT-Certified Therapist

She/Her/ Hers

Maggie is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Michigan. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of San Francisco and her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Seattle Pacific University. Maggie began her clinical work in collaborative, multidisciplinary settings such as community mental health centers, hospital outpatient clinics, and pediatric primary care offices. She has been able to treat a variety of presenting cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, couples, and family systems challenges. Maggie holds a certification in Parent Child Interaction Therapy, which focuses on strengthening the bonds between young children and their parents as well as building confidence in parenting abilities. Along with her work with children and families, Maggie is a trained couples therapist and enjoys engaging in systemic work with adults and couples in all phases of life.

Maggie believes in a collaborative process between the client and therapist, as well as her clients' right to an honest, empathetic, and safe space to work towards therapeutic goals. Each phase of life brings challenges and complexities that often require support of another individual. As a therapist, she believes her role is to walk along beside her clients through these phases, in hopes of navigating a deeper understanding of where that individual has been, and where they hope to be as they move forward in life.

Rheanna Graver, LMSW

Rheanna is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. Rheanna has experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families in various settings, including inpatient hospitalization and partial hospitalization. Rheanna integrates evidence-based treatment approaches including CBT and DBT with passion, empathy, and support to assist her clients in reaching their goals and being their best possible self. Rheanna has provided individual and group care to individuals struggling with various concerns including eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.

Rheanna prioritizes helping her clients to identify and develop coping mechanisms, create boundaries, and reach their goals. Rheanna understands that seeking support can be challenging and that change takes time. She focuses on empowering her clients and believes that her clients are the experts of their own lives and works with them to navigate through all of life's obstacles, big and small. Rheanna is passionate about creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be vulnerable and leave each session feeling heard and supported.

Hannah Elliott, LMSW

She/Her/Hers

Hannah is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She completed her undergraduate education at Kansas State University where she earned her degrees in Social Work and Gerontology. Hannah earned her masters degree in social work from the University of Utah where she specialized in healthcare. Hannah began her career as a therapist working for The University of Utah’s HIV Clinic and later transitioned to The University of Utah’s Community Health Clinics providing therapy in the primary care setting. This work experience provided Hannah with opportunities to work with individuals across the lifespan with a broad range of mental health concerns.

Hannah has significant training and experience addressing anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, grief, and trauma. She is passionate about utilizing evidence-based treatments and modalities with her clients. Hannah finds humor, empathy, and honesty are important tools in the therapeutic relationship. She hopes her clients leave their sessions feeling supported and empowered.

Olivia Varney-Chang, LLMSW

Olivia Varney-Chang is a limited licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan where she focused on Interpersonal Practice and Mental Health. Olivia has clinical training doing therapy with youth and adults who have experienced abuse and trauma, as well as anxiety, depression, and family systems challenges. She has worked in outpatient settings with both minors and young adults providing individual, family, and group therapy. In addition, Olivia has worked extensively in research on family relationships and well-being and is currently completing her PhD in the Joint Social Work and Psychology program at the University of Michigan.

Olivia strives to create a warm and affirming space to support clients in navigating life’s challenges, as well as in exploring their own values, strengths, and wants in therapy. She draws on person-centered and trauma-informed practices as she collaborates with clients to understand and address their unique needs. She believes that therapy can provide us with the space, time, and tools to live an intentional life that honors our values and goals.

Hannah Tucci, LMSW

Hannah is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan with a focus on Interpersonal Practice and Health.  Hannah has experience with adolescents, adults and families within various settings including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. She also has healthcare setting experience in both inpatient and outpatient capacities and has experience supporting clients navigating life transitions, chronic illness, bereavement and family system changes.Hannah has significant experience working with the treatment of eating disorders including utilization of Family-Based Treatment(FBT). She has experience with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, grief and loss, OCD and life transitions.  

It is Hannah's goal to provide a space where clients will feel safe and welcome each session. Hannah utilizes a strengths-based approach with the hope that her clients feel empowered and supported as they navigate vulnerability and life transitions.

Jenna Sielaff, LMFT

Jenna is a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Michigan. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University. In 2013 she graduated from Northwestern University with a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Jenna completed her clinical training at the Bette D. Harris Family and Child Clinic. Earlier in her career, Jenna worked in a variety of clinical settings with a diverse client base. She received training in a community mental health agency where she was able to provide home and school-based therapy services.

Currently, Jenna focuses her work on clients struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions and communication issues. She also works with clients experiencing family conflict and parenting concerns as well as with couples attempting to rebuild trust. She believes in a warm and collaborative approach to treatment and will work closely with her clients when identifying strengths, goals, and deeper aspirations. Jenna takes a systemic approach, viewing each individual as a part of a greater system. During sessions she will offer genuine empathic support, practical tools and therapeutic insight to help her clients reach their full potential. She believes change is possible for everyone and will always hold space for this belief in sessions.
